An AffordAssist accredited mortgage broker will work with you to obtain a first mortgage loan.
A Home Loan with an AffordAssist Deferred Deposit can reduce mortgage stress by reducing the loan amount and thousands on interest payments.
Intending Purchasers apply to AffordAssist for a “Deferred Deposit Agreement” (DDA).
The DDA is an arrangement where purchasers typically pay 10% of the purchase price over typically 60 equal monthly instalments, without interest.
This is achieved via an arrangement with the approved developers whereby they defer receipt of 10% of the purchase price over a 5-year term, again without the developer receiving any interest.
The AffordAssist Deposit Solution complies with the requirements of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (CCCFA).
AffordAssist is building new relationships with developer partners and licensed real estate agents showcasing properties available to purchase with our Deferred Deposit Solution. Please contact us for details on Approved properties presently available to purchase.
AffordAssist team can also help explain how to purchase with our Deferred Deposit Solution to your preferred developer and or licensed real estate agent.
Once a property is selected, approval from AffordAssist is confirmed and a 1st mortgage loan approval is obtained, you can then proceed to settlement.
At settlement of your purchase you become the proprietors of the property.
Pay the deferred amount, No Interest, 'Periodically’ within 60 months.
